Phase 1 (Weeks 1, 2, 3) - BACK TO BASICS - Creating new healthy habits, recognising what is no longer serving us, beginning to implement positive change 

Phase 2 (Weeks 4, 5, 6, 7) - DIGGING DEEP - Getting stuck into the in-depth inner-work, making your new healthy habits a staple to your day-to-day life, focusing on the self (self awareness, self love, self care...), waving goodbye to self-sabotaging behaviours and more

Phase 3 (Weeks 8, 9, 10, 11) - CONTINUITY & ALTERNATIVE / ADDITIONAL THERAPIES & COACHING - continuing on your healthy habits journey, introducing expert guest speakers & new forms of wellness therapy that will serve you alongside learning more from your Evolve coaches

Phase 4 (Weeks 11 & 12) - REVIEW & REFLECT -  Beginning the review & reflection process, planning ahead 

What your weekly timetable will look like: 

Mondays at 7am - Group Online PT with Nat live on Zoom (plus additional bonus group PT sessions on an ad hoc basis) 

Mondays at 7pm - Live Zoom Coaching Call with Kelly or Nat (60 mins) 

Bonus coaching sessions either live on Zoom or pre-recorded & uploaded to Community Facebook page 

Consistent communication in community WhatsApp group Monday-Saturday

Introducing your Gut Health & Nutrition Specialist, Kelly Ryan, & your Mindset Coach & Personal Trainer, Natalie Naaman

A little bit about Kelly...

Kelly is a dedicated mother of 3 and a passionate Gut Health Specialist. Kelly's journey into the world of gut health stemmed from her own struggles with anxiety & trauma, stemming from past relationships. Refusing to rely solely on medication prescribed by doctors, she delved into the realm of gut health, discovering the transformative power of colonic hydrotherapy in the healing of her own gut and she bid farewell to medication. 

After years of being tethered to the corporate world, Kelly experienced a profound loss with the passing of her mother, prompting her to honour her mother's memory by pursuing her own dreams. With unwavering determination, Kelly combined her love for gut health & colonics to establish her own space where she could share her knowledge and aid others on their own wellness journey's. 

Beyond the misconception that gut health merely revolves around regular bowel movements, Kelly emphasises the multifaceted benefits of a healthy gut. From improved digestion and immunity to enhanced mental wellbeing & weight loss, she understands that true wellness encompasses the entirety of mind, body & skin. 

As one of the health & wellness coaches on this programme, Kelly will be inviting you on a comprehensive 12 week journey to addressing gut health, nutrition, weight loss & holistic wellbeing. 

With her wealth of knowledge & unwavering support, Kelly is dedicated to empowering others to reclaim their health & vitality. 

A little bit about Nat... 

Nat has been in the entrepreneurial space for over 10 years and actually kicked off her career with her own Luxury Events & Hospitality brand in London. After doing a LOT of personal development and work on herself, Nat soon realised that her true passion was no longer in the industry she was working in. Fast forward to 2019 and "Natalie Naaman Fitness & Wellness" was born. 

Enjoying fitness all of her life, Nat is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Pre & Post Natal specialist, & is also currently working through her Mat & Reformer Pilates qualification. You will find her based at Studio 281 in Kempston, Bedford, either coaching her 121 or Group PT clients, instructing a MetCon or Strength Class, or on a Reformer bed pushing through the pain but loving every moment!

Over the last 5 years, Nat has worked with some of the leading experts in the mindset world, including being coached directly by the Godfather of personal development himself, Bob Proctor (who you may know from "The Secret"), along with further learning & working with other experts from the Proctor Gallagher Institute. Nat prides herself in being an expert in the mindset world and is also an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine. She now uses her knowledge to teach others how to manifest the life that they actually want. 

Nat bases her work on helping individuals take control of their thoughts so that they can create the reality that they want, and wants you to recognise that it's not about what's going on externally. 

Over the 12 weeks, Nat will teach you the tools and techniques which will show you how the external is irrelevant. YOU have the power within yourself to make those changes to your reality, & she will teach you how to access that power & take appropriate & necessary action.
